What's the difference between Core and Pro?

Core gives you a fully capable AI appointment setter with standard booking flows, lead qualification, and multi-channel deployment based on your setup. Pro upgrades to premium AI models with custom industry tools like live availability, satellite imagery, and property data integrations. Pro also includes Quote Page Care at no charge if you purchase a Quote Page. If you're running paid traffic or want richer, more dynamic conversations, Pro is worth the jump.

When does Enterprise make sense over Core or Pro?

When your appointment volume is high enough that per-appointment fees would offset the price difference. At $4,997/mo you pay no per-appointment fees, and your Quote Page, AI Media, and Quote Page Care are all included. Run the math for your industry: if you're booking 10+ pool appointments a month, for example, the per-appointment fees on Core or Pro add up fast. Enterprise removes that variable entirely. We'll monitor the amount of appointments booked per month and notify you when it makes sense to upgrade.

How does the per-appointment fee work on Core and Pro?

Every booked appointment on Core and Pro carries a fee based on your industry. Pool is $200, Kitchen and Bath $125, Landscaping $100, Solar $85, HVAC $50. At the end of each month, we invoice you for all appointments booked that month. This is separate from your subscription. Enterprise has no per-appointment fees.

Do I need a website to use the AI appointment setter?

No. The optional Quote Page add-on gives your setter a dedicated, conversion-optimized landing page to live on. It is built for paid traffic and direct links. If you already have a website, the setter can be embedded there, as well as respond to leads in your CRM via SMS and social media DMs (if connected).

How does the appointment setter integrate with my existing CRM?

It connects with HighLevel, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and other major CRMs using your existing SMS inbox and social DM channels. Messenger and Instagram DM coverage depends on whether those channels are connected inside your CRM. If they are, the setter operates across all of them. If not, it handles web chat and landing pages.

What if I don't have a CRM?

Your setter still runs on your website and landing pages. If you need SMS coverage, the Blooio add-on ($299/mo) gives it a dedicated iMessage line. Full social DM coverage requires a CRM. We will tell you exactly what applies to your setup on the onboarding call.

Question 7

How fast does the appointment setter go live?

Accepted Answer

We schedule your onboarding call within 24 hours of checkout. From there, build and tuning typically takes a few days. Most clients are live within a week, as long as intake is completed on time.

What happens after I check out?

Accepted Answer

You will hear from us right after to book your onboarding call. Before anything gets built, we walk through and lock in your conversation flows, lead qualification criteria, employee handoff logic, and tailored setup together. Once those are approved, we move to Quote Page and AI Media production if you ordered them. You have 5 business days to review each deliverable.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can move from Core to Pro or Pro to Enterprise at any time. The updated subscription takes effect on your next billing date. Just reach out and we will handle it.

Question 10

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Send us a written notice at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Your access runs through the end of that billing period and you will not be charged again after that.

Is there a contract or commitment?

Month-to-month. No contract. The Master Services Agreement covers usage terms but does not lock you in. One-time add-ons (Quote Page, AI Media) are non-refundable once delivered. You can cancel anytime with 5 business days notice before your next billing date.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. One-time add-on fees (Quote Page, AI Media) are non-refundable once delivered. If you need to make a change before any work has begun, contact us and we will work with you.
