1. Acceptance
By accessing daynnite.io you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. Scope
These Terms govern the website and our public demo experiences. The Master Services Agreement (MSA) accepted at checkout governs the paid service relationship and controls over these Terms where the two conflict on the service itself.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind the business you represent.
4. Acceptable Use
Don't scrape, reverse engineer, abuse our demo bots, disrupt service, or use the site for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual Property
The site, code, demos, and brand assets are owned by Day 'n' Nite io. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view and interact with them for evaluation purposes only.
6. Demo Disclosure
Our live Pro demos are illustrative concept builds. Pricing shown inside them — pool quotes, satellite scans, savings calculators, etc. — is sample data for demonstration. Bookings or quotes generated through a demo are not real appointments and create no obligation between you and the demoed business.
7. Third-Party Services
Links and integrations to third-party services are governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Day 'n' Nite io is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the site.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Day 'n' Nite io harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
